This is a very exciting opportunity to join a leading independent Lettings brand who have built their success operating on the principals of professionalism, best advice and a truly independent approach.
Our Clients are looking for an organised and efficient Lettings Coordinator / Administrator who has experience within a busy lettings environment. You will need to be reliable, trustworthy and punctual and have a keen eye for detail and organisation. You will be liaising with both Landlords, Tenants and Contractors on a daily basis so must be confident and articulate.
The role will be to support all back of house functions of a busy Lettings Agency, including, but not limited to – Administration, processing applications, producing marketing materials, producing documentation and reports, liaising with Landlords and Tenants whilst interfacing seamlessly with the Property Management and Negotiation teams. The role will also include the need to attend viewings/inspections yourself on occasions and play a key role in getting new tenants agreed into properties.
