Property Manager – Milton Keynes

We are seeking a Property Manager. The successful Property Manager will be responsible for dealing with all repairs and maintenance, drawing up legal Tenancy paperwork, Tenant check ins and outs, regular property inspections, have knowledge in completing inventories and know about compliance in respect of a residential property portfolio.
MAIN TASKS:
Day to day assistance on residential portfolio including:

路Organising repair and maintenance work for our properties, including liaising with tenants and contractors, arranging access and checking that works are completed
路Manage and keep up to date with legal legislation
路Completing Tenancy paperwork and completing check ins in the office and at the property
路Arranging check outs and completing them at the property with Tenants
路Be able and confident in dealing with deposits at the end of a Tenancy
路Arranging and managing new utility connections
路Maintain property inspection schedules, arranging annual and other inspections as necessary
路Administration of annual compliance and safety checks of properties
路Assist with annual, monthly and other inspections
路Liaise with Clients, colleagues, tenants and contractors.
路Provide accurate, timely client reports
路Undertake site visits where necessary to read meters, undertake audible fire alarm tests, meet contractors and to carry out property inspections when required
路Use and assisting with the maintenance of records on the FixFlo property management system
路Preparation and management of property maintenance budgets
路Work 2 Saturdays in every 4 to conduct viewings and handle any maintenance issues.
路Handle property enquiries arrange and carry out property viewings

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

You will ideally have experience of Property Management and will have demonstrable experience in delivering an excellent level of service to clients, tenants and contractors. You will need to be a strong communicator with a sound understanding of basic Microsoft packages. In addition, travel to client properties will be required as part of the role and therefore a clean Driving License with 3 years driving experience is essential.
