Sales Progressor (Case Manager) – Leeds

The Salary
£18,000 to £22,000 per year 
The Role
We are looking for a new team member to join our exciting and vibrant property company. The primary responsibility of this role is to take property transactions from the point of sale to completion, managing the buyer through each step of the process. An eye for forward planning, organisation and clear communication skills are essential.

We would like to welcome someone with a dynamic personality into our lively property company. As the Case manager for the company, you will be liaising with high net worth buyers to progress their transaction through the conveyancing and finance process to completion, in a fast paced environment. This involves having a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to operate well under pressure, and the ability to communicate with authority when needed. Ability to work both in a team and under own initiative is desired, and 6 to 12 months’ experience in residential property strongly preferred. Responsibilities:
·Excellent and clear communication skills 
·Organised and able to keep on top of work in a consistent, sustained manner 
·Ability to operate and excel under pressure 
·Ability to work under own steam 
·Adaptability and able to use initiative where needed

The ability to get behind the company and work together towards a common goal is essential. You will be provided with the opportunity to learn new skills, take on more roles and responsibilities, and to help assist the team in other areas of the business. 
Hours 
09.00 to 5.30 Monday to Friday.
