Location: Henleaze – Avon
We are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join our clients fantastic, independent lettings estate agents based in Henleaze, Bristol.
This is a great opportunity to join a young, dynamic and fun team! Our client takes hiring and nurturing their staff very seriously, therefore full training and support is given!
The main duties include but are not limited to:
·Drafting tenancy agreements
·Dealing with applicant enquiries
·Arranging & conducting occasional viewings
·Other general administrative tasks
The successful candidate will carry out some viewings, but the position is mainly office based, with other parts to the role including answering inbound telephone calls and liaising with landlord and tenants.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and is highly organised.
You will ideally have at least 12 months of administrative experience, ideally in the lettings industry, however full training is provided.
You will receive full on the job training and will also be supported through an industry recognised qualification in lettings and property management.
Office hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am-5pm on Fridays.
Required to work 1 in 6 Saturdays from 9am until 4pm. We also offer 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and an extra day for your birthday!
There is free on site parking provided, and you must have your own transport with petrol paid by the company.
