Head of Property Management – Crouch End, North London – £35,000 – £40,000
This is an opportunity to join an established and successful independent Estate Agents in North London.
This established and award-winning Agent has as impressive reputation built up over a number of years. They pride themselves on providing a great working environment with a solid and friendly team.
Do you have many years experience in property management and can you add value and run a property management team.
They will need to have excellent Customer service skills as well as being organised and methodical. The Candidate needs to be professional and well presented with excellent attention to detail. Must be good with people and a team player. We are looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic person with a willingness to learn quickly and work hard.
The role would mainly consist of property inspections (pre and mid-tenancy), maintenance management, deposit returns, utility management, tenant and landlord management, notice management. You will also be required to manage 2 other property managers.
Keys responsibilities include:
·Delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity
·Overseeing the Development and Performance of our Property Management team
·Managing and successfully growing our Renewals Department
·Overseeing our Accounts Department and making sure clients receive a 5-star service
·Responsible for the training and development of the Property Management department
·Finding ways to improve the consumers journey
·Pro actively looking to improve processes and systems
·Taking great pride in managing a small property portfolio(Key Accounts) successfully, and confidently look after your team’s property portfolio in their absence
·Build professional and everlasting relationships with your Team, landlords and tenants
·Develop strong working relationships with contractors and instruct contractors accordingly
·Ability to respond and investigate landlord and tenant queries promptly
·Communicate effectively and professionally with landlords and tenants
·Follow up with landlords, tenants and contractors on any works booked in and always manage expectations
·Recording all information and communication with both Landlords and Tenants on Jupix
·Ensure contractor invoices are added to the landlord account and submitted to accounts
·Discuss and resolve rent arrears with landlords and tenants
·Serve the relevant notices, where applicable.

Monday – Friday 8:45- 18:00 No Weekend Work Required!
·Must have their own transport and driver’s licence.
