Russell Humphrey

Founder

With over 20 years experience within the property industry, working my way up from Negotiator to Managing Director level I recognise the importance of an efficient and accurate recruitment process to the running and progression of a business. Our company core values and ethos challenge the stereotype of other recruitment agencies. I am extremely proud of what we have already achieved at THG and extremely excited about what the future holds. I am particularly proud that we have recently won the ESTAS awards for best in sector for Property Recruitment.

Dean’s long tenure In the property industry, combined with his track record of effective leadership makes him a real asset to The Humphrey Group. Having worked at every level in property he knows the skills it takes to be the best candidate. Dean is very determined and will not stop searching for the best candidate yet still keeping the perfect fit for all concerned. When not at work Dean loves spending time with his wife, two kids and family dog Hiro. He regularly plays Football and even through injury he refuses to give up. We are extremely proud of what we have achieved with THG, continuing to push the business for our clients.

Alex Humphrey

Head of Client Relations

Alex has over 20 years of customer service experience in the financial services, property and education sector. She has undertaken administration, PA and managerial roles and more recently has pursued her passion for working with children and studied for a degree in Child and Youth studies to help our future generation of employees. Alex is dedicated to providing the best possible service and is extremely amiable, organised, dependable ensuring solid communications with our clients. Extremely proud of what we have achieved with THG, continuing to push the business for our clients.

Warren Grant

Chief Operating Officer

I have fulfilled many roles myself including negotiator, valuer, branch manager and sales director; recruiting and training new staff for various positions. Many of these individuals have progressed to managing their own Estate Agency branches or their own businesses. My experience and knowledge over those years places me in a perfect position to be finding our clients the right people for the right roles. I am hard-working and a conscientious individual. I strive to cater to our client’s needs and always willing to ensure everyone has the best service possible and achieving client expectations.

Amelia-Rose Hagan

Executive Assistant

Amelia joins us with a wealth of experience in the property sector. She headed the client relations team at a luxury newbuild developer, working closely with clients throughout the buying process with a key focus on building excellent relationships with all parties involved in the build and sales process. More recently her experience has included working for a leading national agent dealing with all aspects of property management, sales and lettings negotiation. Amelia is always happy to go the extra mile to ensure that both client’s and candidate’s needs are met, and expectations exceeded.

Lewis Heywood

Head of Property Recruitment – Central

Lewis’ experience in a market leading Estate Agent for the past two years has provided him with a clear understanding of what makes the perfect candidate in the industry. Partnered with a clear determination to go above and beyond for both client and candidate, Lewis is set on building great relationships to deliver a professional service in an effective and timely manner.

James’ has wide knowledge of the property market has proven to be a true attribute whilst working within recruitment. Within both sales and letting departments, different levels of management has helped James’ understand clients’ needs in helping them achieve and exceed them. Clare has experience in Social Media Management prior to starting with The Humphrey Group and is excited to be back after taking a short break and spending time working with preschoolers and SEN children. Courtney joins us with 7 years of experience in the property sector. This ranges from sales progressor all the way to letting branch manager. With this wide range of knowledge of estate agency, she has shown all the traits required to ensure candidates find their right roles. Striving to progress careers, never taking no for an answer and in doing so providing the best possible service.

Whilst being relatively new to the property industry and recruitment in general I have consumed a wealth of knowledge over the last 12 months, this coupled with my desire for service delivery ensures that I keep the customers needs at the forefront of everything that I do. Most recently Elizabeth has been specialising in the property industry, producing a wide range of both business-focused and customer-focused materials for well-known leading brands.
